4 months already!

So its hard to believe that Benjamin is now 4 and half months old!!! Time has passed so quickly! Benjamin turned 4 mo. on January 4th! He is doing great!

At his 4 month check-up, Benji was 14.5 lbs and 16 1/4 inches. He is in the 35% for weight and the 88% for height! At his 2 mo. check-up Benji was in the 75% for weight. I asked the DR. was it a concern that he had dropped so much (he still gained a lb and a half) percentile wise, he said no, everything was fine. So Benjamin is a good healthy boy, very tall and skinny though!

Benji is beginning to learn how to scoot forward. When we lay him down for "tummy time" He will often scoot forward some by the end. He is a very stong boy and still loves to stand and sit up and look around. He gets mad everytime Rodney tries to lay him down in his arms. He wants to see the world! Benji is also very good at turning himself over (both sides) If you lay him on his back he is usually on his belly within a few minutes or visa versa. Tummy time is semi-pointless because if he doesn't want to be on his belly, he will flip himself over very quickly! He also likes to sleep on his stomach (he got that one from his mommy!) I always put him to sleep on his back (for safety) but by the time he falls asleep he is usually on his stomach.

Rodney and I are enjoying watching him grow so quickly! He as a very cute little laugh, and like all boys seems to enjoy potty sounds the most :) He also takes after his dad in that he likes to look at computer/ tv screens, he loves the bright lights and changing pictures. He also loves my cell phone while I talk to people. He has hung up on some people by grabbing the phone while I talk. (So if I ever hang up on you, most likely it wasn't me!!)
